Tak Man
Chief Executive

Starting with advertising sales in London in 1998, Tak worked for Progressive Media Group, heading up sales teams across print, digital and events. In 2006 he founded Analysts in Media in New York, which he sold to a venture capitalist in 2009. Since then, he has been based in Hong Kong, working as publisher of Elite Traveler Asia and subsequently General Manager of Edipresse HK, responsible for regional and international sales teams across print, digital and events divisions. He has delivered revenue on titles such as Conde Nast Traveler China, Robb Report, Elite Traveler, Tatler Asia and Ritz Carlton Magazine, among others. Tak is the founder of Nexus Media, based in Asia Pacific with offices in Hong Kong and an international network of offices. ​

Ivy Su
Group Finance Manager, Nexus Ltd

Ivy joins Nexus with years of financial experience in media representative and publishing industry. Her past scope of responsibilities included managing accounting, HR support and overall reporting for Asia Pacific Region. Before joining Nexus, she worked with Newbase (formerly Publicitas).

Fion Choi
Group Accountant, Nexus Ltd

Fion joins Nexus with years of financial experience in media representative and PR industry. Her past scope of responsibilities included managing accounting for HK and China Region. Also, supporting HR and administration. Before joining Nexus, she worked with Newbase (formerly Publicitas) and Muse Group.

Kiki Leung
Human Resource & Administration Manager, Nexus Ltd

Kiki joins Nexus with years of both project and operational experience. She is a multi-skilled professional with good all-round HR advisory skills and capable with an ability to deal with recruitment, talent acquisition and resourcing needs of an organisation. She has worked in large MNC corporations within the Recruitment, Airline and Telecommunications and Construction industry in New Zealand and Hong Kong.

Gloria Ho
Managing Director, Nexus Ltd

Gloria has years of experience in the media industry, having held senior roles at a host of international firms. As associate publisher for SCMP Hearst HK, she headed up sales and marketing team for Elle HK and ad sales of custom publishing for Mercedes Benz, BMW, HK Land Are you Central and Galaxy Entertainment, etc before joining Nexus Media.​

Prior to joining ELLE team, Gloria was the advertising sales controller at JCDecaux Transport where she led MTR Poster Ads Team and Innovative Team. She was also one of the tender committee members. Before JC Decaux Transport, she was the advertising director of Emphasis Media, overseeing Thailand market for ad sales of inflight media including Sawasdee of Thai Airways, Discovery of Cathay Pacific, etc. She also headed up bus advertising sales team at Top Result Ltd.​

Yvonne Yeung
General Manager, Nexus Ltd

Formerly the Advertising Director of Publicitas Hong Kong, Yvonne possesses over 12 years of advertising sales experience across all media platforms – print, digital, new media, OOH and TV, within both the domestic and international markets.  Yvonne has top-notch publisher management experience in business, luxury fashion and in-flight titles.

Iris Yeung
Head of Sales, Nexus Ltd

Iris has been in the media field since 1996 during which time she has accumulated a wealth of experience across different capacities in the publishing industry. She worked with Business Traveller and Mix magazines as advertising sales where she looked after the entire China operations for both print, digital, and events in China.​

Cocoa Zhou
Video Producer & Presenter, Nexus Ltd

Cocoa was born in China and educated in the United Kingdom with a Masters in Broadcast Journalism. She has over 10 years of experience in the media industry as a journalist, news anchor, and talk show host. She specializes in broadcast and news media with an extensive portfolio of work covering the full development life cycle of editorial and broadcast news and features. ​

Stefanie Lock
Marketing Officer, Nexus Ltd

Starting her career in a start-up environment focused on retail, Stefanie has a background in marketing and operations with experience in developing communication strategies and customer relationship management. As Marketing Officer, Stefanie is now responsible for manages social media platforms, membership databases and events.​

Danny Cheung
Group Chief Revenue Officer, Nexus Media Ltd ​

Danny is a sales leader with 16 years of experience in print, digital and events sponsorship. He started his career in film production and entertainment then moved into advertising when he joined HK Magazine and lead the team for Where Magazine before joining Mediaplanet to start up their Hong Kong operations. He then worked as Business Development Manager for the Custom Publishing division at Emphasis Media and was responsible for custom published titles such as Are you Central?, Sphere, Elite, IFC Passport and many more. Prior to joining Localiiz, Danny headed up sales at financial publisher – Last Word Media and has also worked at global publishers such as Euromoney Institutional Investor and The Wall Street Journal Asia. With his passion in digital, he founded e-commerce website Black Ceremony Eyewear based in Hong Kong with a global distribution network. ​

Sharifa Carreon
Brand Director, Nexus Media Ltd ​

Sharifa brought in her years of expertise in events, print and digital media. Before joining Localiiz Hong Kong, she previously managed and delegated Sales and Events at Haymarket Media. At Nexus Media, she headed up Life and Luxury Advertising with titles such as Elite Traveler and Metro Jet Private Jet inflight magazine, top hotel chain publications such as Ritz Carlton Hotel, Peninsula Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel and Conde Nast Traveler China. Also worked at the GSMA and headed up international digital media advertising in the APAC region. ​​

Audrey Wong

Audrey is a radiant girl who spends most of her leisure time expanding her “foodie” list or modeling photography. Being born and raised in Hong Kong with her footprints left all across the oceans, Audrey is an inviting, multi-cultural person that loves meeting new people – though she might prefer meeting pets like dogs and cats or even more exotic ducks and sloths.​

Stephanie Lown ​

Stephanie began her career in marketing when she decided to launch a start up in 2014 for the Film and Entertainment industry. With this experience in writing and marketing, conducting interviews of local artists and promoting them on her platform, she joined Localiiz, assisting with the redesign of the directory and growing the site’s Twitter following. As Marketing Manager, Stephanie looks after client relations and marketing opportunities with the brand. ​

Stephanie Miu

With a background in Communications and Media, Stephanie kickstarted her career in the PR and digital industry, representing well-known lifestyle and F&B clients, both locally and globally, such as Johnnie Walker, Avobar Hong Kong, The Fleming Hong Kong. Her execution of effective advertisements, coupled with strong content creation, helped them develop substantial online and social media presence. As Social Media Manager, Stephanie helps Localiiz create engaging content on a daily basis through her analysis of the market and management of Localiiz’s various social media platforms including, but not limited to, Localiiz, Localiiz Family, Localiiz Travel, and Humans of Hong Kong.

Leo Cheng ​

Leo Cheng has taken his love for storytelling and developed it into a career in filmmaking. Telling stories through a lens, Leo studied his craft in the United States before returning to Hong Kong to incubate the local video department at Fortune. He specialises in covering the full cycle of video production, including live event production, video management, filming, editing, creating motion graphics, scheduling shoots, organising the production process, and more. ​

Alisa Chau
Editor, Localiiz.com 

With an eye for the quirkily fascinating, Alisa is a writer who loves to explore stories, ongoings, and special sites that may go unnoticed by most. Past experience in handling communications at Asia Art Archive has taught her to dive deeper and open her mind to stories untold. Having previously focused on Chinese to English translations and SEO-based copywriting for local startup ReUBird, she also has experience in compiling digital marketing strategies. ​​
