The Ritz Carlton Digital Media – Content Hub

In 2016, The Ritz-Carlton Content Hub is a key initiative of the brand, digital and social teams to integrate content creation and amplification efforts, and act more cohesively as a fast-paced publisher of timely, relevant, and helpful content to our consumers and customers.

The content hub will live on, with easy integration into the brand site and mobile app. With the re-launch of, article components can be integrated into existing site sections. receives 4 million visits each month.

There is a separate marketing/promotional budget to support the content hub, including paid social, paid search, search engine optimization, and content amplification through PulsePoint. The Ritz-Carlton estimates 1.45 million visits to the hub in its launch year.
